The goal of this paper is to track the entire customer journey of antibiotics segment and analyze all the factors along this path that affect the sale of an antibiotic to the end user in the pharmacy segment. A special role is assigned to the part of the pharmacist in the process of selling the drug to the end user and non-material factors that can influence the pharmacists ' recommendation of Antibiotic X. Antibiotic X is owned and produced by pharmaceutical Company X, but neither the Antibiotic nor the company will be named, in order to avoid legal proceedings with it.
