People often prefer to search for real estate on their own through specialized services on the Internet. Although this method is not always convenient, since a person has to independently look through all available announcements, it remains attractive to people, as it saves money on paying agency fees. However, using such services, people would not want to continue to see offers from real estate agencies if the main interest for them is only ads directly from the owners. The application developed as a result of the completion of this final qualifying work will allow users to more quickly and efficiently search for real estate for rent, since it focuses on announcements only from property owners. In addition, due to the impossibility of acquiring their own housing for many Russians, renting real estate will not lose its popularity, which will entail possible interest in the developed application.
