Business Architecture Improvement

Currently almost every segment of market for goods and services is oversaturated with players. In order to be a leader, it is important to have a well-established mechanism for providing goods to users, so that they remain loyal to the chosen company. Business architecture is responsible for effective operation of the company, in which it works. In this research the problem of inefficiency of bank’s business architecture will be solved by its optimization. After providing a theoretical justification of the field and a literature review, the practical result of the project will be provided. The study will describe and analyze the stages, responsible people, conditions, time frames and resources that form the main business processes of the bank, then their models will be built using the ArchiMate language, problem areas will be found, and directions will be given to improve the business architecture. The result of the study is an improved business architecture in accordance with recommendations and the TOGAF standard. The resulting prototype will optimize the bank's business processes and bring it to a new level among competitors by increasing its efficiency.
