A Staff Assessment System Development Based on Soft Skills

In the modern business world, evaluating the work of a team is one of the most important functions of HR management. It is necessary to take into account the existence of supra-professional personal skills or soft-skills, which are one of the components of achieving professional success. These skills include communication skills, leadership skills, teamwork skills, creativity, etc. The development of a personnel assessment system based on soft-skills is the goal of the work. This paper examines the essence of personnel assessment and soft-skills. The demand for soft skills of personnel within the company's activities is justified. The current system of personnel evaluation in the company is analyzed, strengths and weaknesses are identified. A system of personnel assessment based on soft-skills has been developed, which includes a two-stage qualitative study.
