Business Architecture Improvement

The goal of this work is to analyze the company's business architecture and further optimize this business architecture. This work is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter presents the analysis of the subject area. The definitions of the concepts of enterprise architecture, business architectures were given, and the elements of business architecture, as well as business models and business processes, were described. The second chapter presents a description of the Rite tattoo studio using the 5P operational management model, as well as the analysis of the company's business architecture. The first element of description and analysis was the company strategy. The result was a strategic map. Also, indicators of feasibility of tasks were formulated and employees responsible for the achievement of each task were identified. Clients of the studio were interviewed, and disadvantages were identified. In the third chapter, recommendations are developed to improve the identified problems. To optimize the work of the studio, a DIKIDI Business system was introduced. Two internship plans were created for new and existing masters, which eliminated the possibility of dangerous situations.
