Evaluation of the Effectiveness of the Project Team in the Field of Digital Marketing Based on KPIs in MTS PJSC

In the modern world of business, in the conditions of fierce competition, where various factors and the speed of decision-making play a significant role, the concept of KPI, introduced into the management of enterprises, has gained its huge popularity. Today, companies use a system of key indicators to evaluate project teams in digital marketing. Managers need specific indicators used in the management process. The combination of these indicators is always individual, their number and content are unique and depend on the strategy of the organization. However, managers incorrectly define key indicators or incorrectly use the KPI system. This study examines the problem areas in the KPI system, which is implemented in the project team of the CSM MTS in the field of digital marketing. Qualitative and quantitative methods (in-depth interviews and online surveys) will be used to conduct the research. Also, content analysis, swot analysis, system analysis. The results of the study can practically help marketers/teams/project managers to develop and implement a KPI system in project teams in the field of DM for a more comprehensive understanding of the importance of using a KPI system.
