NPOs play an important role in the life of every key link in society, as they unite society and the state. Nonprofit organizations are encouraged to solve problems by actually helping people and implementing many helpful initiatives and projects. Recently, NGOs have taken a significant role in society, achieved greater efficiency in their activities, earned a good reputation in society, and became more open and accessible to attract citizens to their activities. Regardless of how NPOs are called - “non-profit organizations”, “non-profit organizations”, “associative commercial sector”, “civil society”, “third sector”, “non-profit association”, “organizations with no profitable purpose”, etc. - they all have the same definition. They are voluntary parties, by their own right, created on the basis of the free will of citizens, bound by common goals and / or other interests aimed at achieving common civil, economic, social and cultural rights and not making a profit. In the work, a strategy was chosen to promote the public fund "Dari Dobro", which helped to solve the problems of the fund, indicated in the work. The relevance of nonprofits reflects the community's ability to respond quickly to their needs. NPOs resolve issues that the state cannot or is not authorized to resolve. These organizations are an important part of the public sector, which in the form of various activities, in particular the provision of various services, performs tasks related to the elimination of manifestations of market competition. The tasks were solved by studying the literature in the field of non-profit organizations and the main part was highlighted, which formed the basis of the work. Strategic analysis is essential and critical to the success of all organizations, whether commercial or non-profit. It helps organizations to effectively and efficiently fulfill their mission, goals and objectives, as well as to improve the efficiency of their work. While it is time consuming and exhaustive, it provides new ideas, energy and improved teamwork, as well as organizational accountability, direction and vision. It also empowers people in the organization to effectively and efficiently achieve the goals and objectives of the organization. Strategic analysis also helps organizations operate in a changing environment and formulate strategies in response to new situations. It is not a static process, in fact it is an ongoing process that constantly focuses on changes in the environment and plans strategies in accordance with the environment in the market for goods and services. In short, strategic analysis is an essential tool for the success of an organization.
