Relevance of the study. The main prerequisites for an effective pricing policy in a market economy are orientation to consumers, taking into account their solvency and price sensitivity, differentiated determination of trade premium levels, comprehensive and continuous research of factors affecting pricing policy, monitoring of competitors ' prices, ensuring flexibility and adaptability of retail prices, and developing a policy for managing them. In many cases, the price is considered separately from other elements of the marketing mix, which causes errors in determining its level and management directions. New criteria for setting prices are necessary to ensure a stable position of the enterprise in the market in the face of increased competition. The issues of implementation and further improvement of environmental certification in the company's pricing system are not sufficiently developed. The purpose of the study is to determine the impact of certifications on pricing. To achieve this goal, you should perform the following tasks:: - analysis of theoretical pricing studies; - consideration of environmental certification as a pricing factor of the company; - Osstem pricing efficiency analysis; - analysis of factors affecting pricing on the example of Osstem; - determination of measures to optimize pricing in the enterprise. The research hypothesis is based on the assumption that the improvement of the company's pricing system will lead to an increase in the competitiveness of the company's products and an expansion of the range of potential buyers. The expected results of the study are as follows: 1. Proposals for improving the company's pricing system through optimal use of certification. 2. Identify the impact of certifications on the company's pricing. 3. Substantiation of the methodological approach to improving the pricing system at enterprises in order to increase the competitiveness of the company's products and expand the range of potential buyers. The financial position of the company directly depends on the adopted pricing policy, the objective justification of the used method of price formation. 4. Based on the conducted research, a mechanism for the formation and implementation of the company's pricing policy, an algorithm for determining the level of prices for products on Osstem, and the main ways to reduce the cost of products are developed and proposed for implementation. To improve the pricing process for Osstem products, it is proposed to use the "price-quality" strategy, in which the quality of products is ensured by the certification of these products Research methods: - theoretical (study of sources, classification, generalization, expert opinions, schematization); - practical (observation, content analysis, system, logical, comparative analysis). Expected or received results 1. Proposals for improving the company's pricing system through optimal use of certification. 2. Identify the impact of certifications on the company's pricing. 3. Substantiation of the methodological approach to improving the pricing system at enterprises, which will increase the indicators of environmental and economic profitability. The financial position of the company directly depends on the adopted pricing policy, the objective justification of the used method of price formation. The financial position of the company directly depends on the adopted pricing policy, the objective justification of the used method of price formation. 4. The formation of an effective pricing policy requires the creation of an information base that would contain all the information about the factors that affect the price level. Conclusion We propose to consider environmental certification as a procedure for documenting compliance by a third party (a person who is independent of the person providing the object of conformity assessment, and from a person interested in such an object as a consumer or user) of products with environmental requirements established by current legislation and international standards in order to protect the life, health and property of citizens and protect the environment. Successful implementation of pricing at the enterprise is impossible to imagine without measures of state regulation and control over compliance with prices, which lead to compliance with all the adopted regulatory legal acts that establish the features of price formation, their establishment, improvement, addition and use in a market economy. The determining factor is that in market conditions, the price of products, works and services is formed under the influence of supply and demand for them. The role of the state is limited to ensuring public interests in the form of balanced economic development, solving social problems, and so on.
