This final qualifying work is devoted to the problem of analyzing crowdfunding as an innovative way of financing startups. The lack of popular interest in crowdfunding against the background of the growing popularity of investment technologies leads to the question: why do some ways of investing money become popular, while others are not in noticeable demand? The need to cultivate innovation and create comfortable conditions for business development in a period of low economic growth rates determine the relevance of this work. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the essence of crowdfunding and the best foreign practices of its use to develop recommendations for the distribution of an alternative source of funding in Russia.
