Currently, many educational services that were present offline began to sharply reorient themselves online due to global changes in the economic space. Global changes in the world economy are always reflected in one way or another in many spheres of human activity, society, and the whole state. Of course, the pandemic is on the list of those global changes within humanity, the consequences of which are quite difficult to overcome with lightning speed, regardless of the degree of influence. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a major shift in the world of online education. Educational institutions have ceased to function because they had to protect their students from the effects of viruses, which probably occurs in the student community with a high degree of socialization. This work aims to develop a business plan for an educational project the field of it, working on a subscription model. the market of educational projects, especially in the IT-sphere, mainly, companies are guided by the sale of courses immediately for a long time, as well as with a ready-made program. Presumably, many users find it more convenient to use the service as a “personal constructor” of knowledge, take separate small lessons, etc. The study's practical significance lies in the fact that these recommendations for drawing up a business plan can be useful to entrepreneurs in the field of creating start-ups in education.
