Analysis of Impact of the Company's Non-financial Reporting on Financial Performance

This work is devoted to the study of the impact of the disclosure of non-financial information in the reports of large companies in the Russian region on their financial results. Thus, this work contributes to the study of methods and practices for achieving sustainable development by companies in the Russian sector. The introductory part of the work, in turn, will consist of five parts: introduction, literature review, methodology, expected results and conclusion. In the analytical part, it is proposed to identify the current problems associated with the disclosure of non-financial information, the influence of various factors of non-financial reporting on the financial and investment assessment of the company's activities. The research will be based on public reports of large Russian companies voluntarily published in the National Register of Corporate Non-Financial Reports of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP). Based on the study, conclusions will be drawn regarding the relationship between individual factors of non-financial information disclosure and the financial and investment success of a company, and recommendations will be given to companies in the Russian sector on the use of non-financial reporting to manage financial performance. This work will use the methods of neural network analysis of texts, solving NLP problems for economic and social texts.
