Improvement of the Order Fulfillment Process on the Example of the Trading Company PVH Corp LLC

The current trend of fast fashion, which consists of a rapid renewal of assortments and positions, requires market participants to respond with the same speed. Delay in any of the stages of the presentation of a new fashion product to the consumer can turn out to be a significant loss. In an unstable and highly competitive market, companies have to become flexible and respond to any changes in demand. The process itself, which consists of fulfilling the customer's order, with minimal deviations from the standards, can lead to significant losses in the future. With the length of time it is important for firms in the fashion industry to maintain the efficiency of all processes to deliver goods to the right place at the right time and in the right quantity, constantly upgrading, reducing and introducing new upgraded technologies. Objective of the paper: to propose and implement measures to improve the order fulfillment process within a trading company's operations. Objectives: 1. Conduct an analysis of the entire business process "Customer Order Fulfillment" 2. To identify the problems that have a negative impact on its effectiveness 3. To develop measures to improve the efficiency of "Customer Order Fulfillment" business process 4. To evaluate the economic efficiency of the implemented measures for the focus company and its partners.
