The Impact of Media Pressure on the Use of Corrupt Corporate Governance Practices in Russia

This study is devoted to the questions concerning media pressure on the use of corrupt corporate governance practices in Russia. This paper aims to examine the relationship between corporate governance, corruption, and the disclosure of forward-looking information. The study will be based on multiple case-study approaches and companies' IKEA, Auchan, and Rostelekom data descriptions. The results obtained will become a base for future research on this topic.
