Theoretical foundations in the field of inventory management in manufacturing and trading companies are found in many works of both domestic and foreign authors. However, the existing studies on this topic are mostly too generalized, and the measures proposed in them to improve the inventory management system cannot always be successfully implemented within a particular organization. The lack of work in this area is mainly due to the constantly changing market, forcing companies to find new solutions for their business. So, in recent years, there are more and more vertically integrated companies (both up and down), whose activities include both production and trade components, which inevitably leads to the complication of business processes related to inventory management. The purpose of this final qualification work is to improve the inventory management system in the production company's own retail network. To achieve it, you need to solve the following tasks: 1. to analyze the economic activities of the company and identify existing problems in the field of inventory management; 2. to explore the theoretical foundations in the field of inventory management; 3. to propose measures to improve the inventory management system in the retail network and evaluate their economic efficiency. The object of this work is the company GS Vostok. The subject of the study is the elements of the inventory management system in the own retail network of GS Vostok - Home&Cook. The practical value of the work is to develop specific measures to improve the inventory management system in the own retail network of the production company in question. The final qualifying work includes an introduction, three chapters that are the main part of the study, a conclusion, a list of references and appendices.
