CSR Communication Strategies with Key Stakeholder Groups: The Case of PJSC Rostelecom

Corporate social responsibility has recently begun to actively develop in Russia. However, many large companies have integrated the CSR model into their business model. Reporting in the field of Russian business is a central element of the assessment. At the same time, these reports are only a way to form a positive impression, and not to take into account the real interests of stakeholders. Within the framework of this study, the theory of CSR communication strategy will be considered in order to form a comprehensive view of working with key stakeholders of the company and to identify possible approaches to assessing this interaction based on the formed international and domestic reporting standards.
