Managing an Innovative Project at an Enterprise

In modern conditions, there is a rapid development in two directions: the first direction is the global economy, and the second is high technology. One of the most important factors in ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises in various industries is the presence of an innovative component in business activity. To be successful, companies need to implement innovative projects and clearly understand their key aspects, structure, life cycle, and the main aspects of the management part that includes this subject. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to study the main characteristics of the innovation project and its structure, as well as to develop measures to improve the management of innovative projects of the organization. Methods used in the course of this study: analysis of the literature on the following research topic, collection and systematization of this information, search and analysis of the practices of various enterprises for the implementation of innovative projects and the formulation of measures for its successful management. In the course of the research, the author proposes to formulate definitions of the key aspects of the research: innovation, innovation project, innovation project management, innovation project structure. Also among the expected scientific results: determining the structure of an innovation project and conducting an analysis of its life cycle, specifying the conditions for successful management of an innovation project, analyzing the conceptual foundations and possible directions for managing an innovation project, and, finally, developing measures to improve the management of innovative projects.
