This paper will review and analyze Discover Rus LLC's current product portfolio and, in consequence, propose recommendations for the improvement of this product portfolio. Thus, the object of this study is Discover Rus LLC, and the subject of the study is recommendations for improving the product portfolio of Discover Rus LLC The main objective of this paper is to develop recommendations for adapting the product portfolio of Discovery Rus Ltd in response to changes in the external environment under the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to successfully achieve this objective, the following objectives were formed: 1. Define the basic concept and characteristics of a product portfolio 2. Identify methods of building and integrating a product portfolio in the tourism industry 3. Assess the current activities of Discover Rus LLC 4. Conduct an analysis of the internal and external environment of Discover Rus LLC 5. Analyze the current product portfolio of Discover Rus LLC 6. Develop and propose recommendations to improve Discover Rus LLC’s product portfolio 7. Assess the feasibility of introducing Discover Rus LLC' product portfolio The results of this project have both practical and theoretical significance. In terms of theoretical relevance, the findings will be relevant to the stakeholders of Discover Rus LLC, as they describe current methods for analysing the product portfolio under the influence of COVID-19 and are of a universal nature. As a practical matter, the results of the study will be useful to the company in question and its stakeholders. These recommendations can be successfully incorporated into the activities of the organisation. An analysis of these recommendations can help to improve the range of services offered, as well as adjusting financial and operational costs. This project, as part of the theoretical part, includes works on assortment policy and methods of its formation, in particular, N. P. Sprigailov, W Heising, H G Gemünden (2006) and A Kock, W Heising, H G Gemünden (2016). The works in the field of operational planning by R Anthony, G Alpan, B Penz (1965) and P Ávila, D Lima, D Moreira (2019) should be noted, as well as the works by D. Buhalis, M. C. Licata, H G Gemünden (2002) on the prospects for tourism development. Moreover, the work of M Nicola, Z Alsafi, C Sohrabi (2020) in relation to COVID-19 pandemic research and James W. Dean Jr. and James R. Evans (1997) in relation to competition and project management has also been studied. This work consists of an Introduction, three Chapters, Conclusion, References and Appendix. The introduction provides a brief overview of the problem area of the study - the product portfolio of Discover Rus, a description of the topic, as well as the research methodology, a literature review and a brief overview of the work. The first chapter describes the theoretical aspects of product portfolios, gives the basic concepts and characteristics of product portfolios, describes the methods and ways of forming these portfolios, as well as the features of their integration in the travel industry. The second chapter analyses Discover Rus' current product portfolio, benchmarking its competitors as well as external and internal analysis of the organisation. The third chapter provides key recommendations for improving Discover Rus' current product portfolio and evaluates these recommendations. The Conclusion summarises the results and provides a number of recommendations for the research problem.
