Personal Brand of the Leader and Organizational Culture

This is the research which is intended to investigate if there are significant connections between corporate culture and leader’s personal brand in particular organizations. This paper provides a brief review of recent articles and researches considering different types of organizational culture and some theoretical academic material on the leaders’ personal brand types.
