The final qualifying work is devoted to the topic of the transformation of boundaries in the process of team transition to work online in the context of a pandemic, as well as the psychodynamics of this process, observed by researchers in the real work of the organization. The completed work is relevant. The aim of the work was to use a system-dynamic approach to consider how the boundaries of the organization are transformed when switching from the traditional mode of work to the online mode of work with distributed workstations and the use of digital communication channels. To achieve this goal, we used the BART methodology used by management consulting specialists, which sets the framework for considering phenomena and serves as a link between the conclusions about the irrational dynamics and the external and external rational requirements for the management of the organization. The tasks set by the authors were achieved: the concepts of boundaries from the perspective of applied psychoanalysis of organizations, which is directly related to the theory of management and management consulting, were studied in detail, and remote teamwork was considered as a separate phenomenon for research. The use of several research methods provided an opportunity to identify the problem and consider it from different sides, to reveal patterns and symptoms in the organization. The paper describes the mutual influence and dynamic interaction of all the presented psychological boundaries according to BART. In an office environment, the boundaries of space and time provide a fairly good containerization, which allows you to cope with the worries that arise due to vagueness and ambiguity in the boundaries of authority, roles and tasks. The transition to remote work online, erasing the boundaries of space and time, exposed all the inefficiencies in other borders. The practical value of the work lies in the possibility of using the findings of organizations when switching to online work, not only in unexpected or emergency cases, such as a pandemic, but also in pre-planned situations.
