The purpose of this study is the theoretical substantiation and practical application of psychoanalytic business consulting for the development of the skill of managing family business and family relationships. Tasks 1. Analyze theoretical approaches to understanding family business as a particular case of intra-family dynamics. 2. Analyze the theoretical approaches and practice of using psychoanalysis in solving specific problems in difficult families as an analogue of solving problems in family business. 3. Analyze the concept of using psychoanalytic business consulting in transforming the unformulated experience of participants in the family business process into joint creativity. Results 1. The use of psychoanalytic business consulting in the process of working with a family business leader can significantly increase the manageability of the business, improve the dynamics of both business processes and intra-family relations, due to a better understanding of the leader of his own internal motivation and the motivation of his business team and family members. 2. The level of conflict among family members in the business process and outside it decreases in the process of psychoanalytic business consulting. 3. Interest in business is increased by turning it into a creative process.
