The importance is determined by the conclusions about the already existing mental traumas, deviations and impulses that appeared in the early childhood of leaders in the parental family. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the identified social reasons and differences, as well as the reasons that have a direct impact on the course of formation, development and manifestation of leadership qualities, are taken into account when assessing the leadership potential of managers or applicants for managerial positions. It is necessary to understand the obstacles faced by leaders who experienced pressure from the parental family or a complete lack of interaction with them in childhood and adolescence. Determination of this influence can help to improve the efficiency of work with them. This will improve the efficiency of determining or planning the career potential of management teams in the organization, improve the quality of recruiting for leadership positions and improve the efficiency of leaders. The results of this study can be aimed at strengthening and developing the strengths of managers in the company, at overcoming the limitations that originate in the internal conflicts of managers.
