The aim of the work is to study the phenomenon of narcissism in organization and narcissistic perversion. As part of psychoanalytic business consulting, meeting people with a narcissistic personality structure is a fairly frequent story. Despite the fact that there is a tendency in organizations to use decision-making methods aimed only at the rational part of human behavior, the psychoanalytic method not only recognizes the human factor, but also brings it to the fore. Thus, understanding how the rational and well-grounded decisions of a manager are inextricably linked with his emotions caused by unconscious processes and what can latently influence the leader, as well as the organizational culture, development, motivation, behavior of people in the company, we can state that the phenomenon narcissism is attracting increasing attention in the study and analysis of organizational behavior. Within the framework of theoretical tasks, the analysis of the phenomenon of narcissism and the manifestation of narcissistic perversion, as well as the characterological features of the formation of a personality with narcissistic pathology and its manifestation of personal and career development were carried out. Within the framework of empirical problems, the study of the biography of the personality of Jordan Belfort was carried out as the main method. The analysis of the individual events of Jordan Belfort, which influenced his personal and career development, the influence of the shadow sides of the narcissistic leader in the sphere of relations and the life of the organization was carried out on the example of the individual. As a result of the study, it was proved that the perverse personality structure is central and unchanging, while the manifestation of the negative aspects of the narcissistic personality can be a consequence of being in a period of disorder, which led to a destructive effect on the organizational space and destructive consequences for the organization of Jordan Belfort.
