With the modern development of society, the use of nanny services will become more common and important not only for each family, but also for society as a whole. This means that the phenomenon of the nanny, the influence of her psychological state on the development of the child, on the formation of his object relations, on the psychopathology of development requires special attention and study. Studies on how the psychological state of the nanny affects the development of the child's object relations, and proposals on how to regulate the influence of negative subconscious projections, have not been conducted so far. In this paper, we examined the hypothesis of the influence of the psychological state of the nanny on the development of object relations in the child, investigated how and to what extent such an influence is possible, and confirmed that there is a dependence on the development of the child's personality both on the fact of the nanny's upbringing, and an additional dependence on the psychological state in which the nanny is. Thanks to our research, we were able to establish a practical link between the psychoanalytic provisions of early child development and the usefulness of conducting psychoanalytic coaching sessions, especially in a group format for nannies. We also tested a diagnostic tool that we suggest using at the stage of hiring a nanny to determine whether her psychological state corresponds to the role of a surrogate mother in the formation of object relations in the child, and thus avoid negative consequences from prolonged contact of the child with a person who may contribute to causing unnecessary psychological trauma. Recognizing that nannies are simply irreplaceable in many cases, and that, in principle, modern, especially working, women will not be able to refuse the services of nannies, what should be paid attention to, how to make sure that the role of a nanny does not become traumatic for the child. What parents and mothers need to understand when they are looking for a nanny for their baby or young child.
