The purpose of this work is to study paternal projections in business reality, currently the business space is facing more and more complex situations in the world, starting a complex search for solutions to problems, we decided to explore paternal projections in business. Wondering what they are, what they bring to the business reality, and what the consequences may be if they are not realized and take over the business structure. When we set out to study the meanings that arise within the company, we can find a large number of different projections directed both to the father figure within the company and to such a more comprehensive archetypal image of the father. Looking at these projections in the organizational structure, we often find a connection with the expectations of employees turned to their father figures, which leads to a certain layering and shifting of projections from the personal to the organizational. Our main task in this work is to see the symbolic meaning of the main paternal projections that arise in the business reality and try to find ways to solve the problems associated with them.
