The master's thesis is devoted to the topic of the relationship between onboarding and organizational staff loyalty. The purpose of the study is to identify the presence or absence of a connection between between onboarding and organizational staff loyalty, as well as to determine the influence of various onboarding tools on the organizational loyalty. Within the framework of the study, the theoretical foundations of the concept of organizational loyalty, the factors that form staff loyalty, approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "onboardin", its types and tools, as well as the approaches of researchers to the fact of the relationship between onboarding and organizational loyalty were considered. The empirical study was conducted within the framework of the case of Organization N based on the materials of interviews with representatives of the HR Policy Department of Organization N, the results of a survey on the results of the employees ' onboarding period in the organization under consideration, internal documents and regulations of Organization N in the field of human resources management. To confirm or refute our hypotheses, we used the methods of in-depth interviews and secondary data analysis (using the Pearson correlation criterion). As a result of comparing both parts of the study, Hypothesis 1 about the existence of a direct relationship between the use of onboarding tools in an organization and the level of loyalty of its employees was fully confirmed. Hypothesis 2 that mentoring has the most significant impact on the level of organizational loyalty was not confirmed. The most effective onboarding tools were identified as regular meetings with the direct supervisor with the making of an onboarding plan, budding and mentoring.
