Dynamics of Healthy Lifestyle Factors Over the Past 10 Years

In modern conditions of an unstable epidemiological situation in the world, sports and a healthy lifestyle are one of the key areas for the development of human capital. Many factors and indicators are used to assess a healthy lifestyle. For the frequent use of widely known demographic indicators (fertility, mortality, life expectancy, etc.). Life expectancy index is one of three indicators, on the basis of which the UN has been compiling integral human development indices (HDI) in different countries since 1990. However, more and more often domestic and foreign scientists analyze subjective indicators of population health obtained in the course of sociological research. Despite some limitations of the self-assessment method, it is recommended by the World Health Organization for health monitoring both within individual countries and for cross-country comparisons. Scientific novelty of the research: - the comprehensive analysis of the current state of healthy lifestyles made it possible to draw a reasonable conclusion about the need to modernize the healthy lifestyle industry that meets the current needs of the respondents, as well as to increase the efficiency of developing a healthy lifestyle in the Russian Federation; - identified the main factors and indicators of a healthy lifestyle; - actual problems of the healthy lifestyle industry were identified and proposals for their solution were developed. The theoretical and practical significance of the work. The theoretical significance of the results obtained in the study lies in the possibility of a comprehensive study of the healthy lifestyle industry and the determination of the main factors and indicators of a healthy lifestyle. The practical significance of the directions for the development of a healthy lifestyle and recommendations proposed in the work is determined by the possibility of their use both at the federal and regional levels. This work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a bibliography and an appendix. The first chapter is devoted to the theoretical study of a healthy lifestyle, the second chapter includes an analysis of factors and indicators of a healthy lifestyle, the third chapter highlights the role of public policy in the issue under study and recommendations on this issue.
