The topic of the research is the perception of the quality of medical services in remote delivery of medical care. The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that, despite the rapid development of the Internet, contributing to the emergence of a new direction in medicine, it is rather difficult to imagine the interaction of a doctor and a patient at a distance. The ability to provide qualified medical care anywhere in the world has become a reality thanks to the development of remote medical care, and today there is a growing global demand for technologies that allow providing and receiving medical services without personal contact. The main task of healthcare is to improve the quality of medical care, but at the same time, as for the remote form, there are difficulties in the lack of understanding of its effective and high-quality provision. The aim of the study is to analyze the perception of the quality of medical services in remote delivery. To achieve this research goal, the author performs the following tasks: 1. To study the organizational and legal basis for the provision of medical services remotely. 2. To identify organizational and legal problems and prospects for the development of telemedicine in Russia. 3. Analyze the international experience of introducing telemedicine services into the health care system. 4. Explore perceptions of the resources and constraints inherent in telecommuting. 5. Develop recommendations to reduce barriers and strengthen resources inherent in telecommuting. The object of the research is the quality of medical services in remote delivery. The subject of the research is the perception of the quality of medical services in remote delivery. Research Assumptions: 1. Citizens are not sufficiently informed about telemedicine / telemedicine technologies / remote provision of medical services / telemedicine services. 2. Lack of citizens' confidence in the remote form of providing them with medical services. 3. Patients' perception of the quality of medical services when they are provided remotely as inferior, "medicine for the poor", including due to the inability to test the competence of a doctor. 4. If the medical service were provided not remotely, but in person, the quality would be higher. 5. The possibility of making a diagnosis remotely will ensure the expansion of the telemedicine market. By introducing a ban on remote diagnosis, the state risks narrowing the young telemedicine market to a set of insignificant services. 6. Physicians with experience in providing health services remotely often face the problem of establishing contact. 7. Legislative regulation and regulation of remote delivery of medical services is not up to the mark (according to doctors). Empirical research base: in-depth interviews. Research methods - data collection method, semi-structured interview. The research methodology is a qualitative analysis of the collected in-depth interviews. The expected result of the master's work is that: To identify organizational and legal problems and prospects for the development of telemedicine in Russia. Identify the resources and limitations inherent in telecommuting. Develop recommendations to reduce barriers and strengthen resources inherent in telecommuting. The structure of the research work. The research work consists of an introduction, four chapters, seven paragraphs, three subparagraphs, a conclusion, a bibliography and annexes.
