Immersive Technologies in the Hospitality Industry as a Factor in the Development of the Experience Economy

This paper explores immersive technologies in the hospitality industry as one of the main factors in the development of the impression economy. It was found that immersive technologies are not only one of the most modern and rapidly developing tools for the economic development of the hospitality industry, but also have a huge impact on the emotional connection of consumers, prompting them to decide on reservations or return to the place where such tools were used to attract customers. The work also proves that immersive technologies are really a key factor in the development of the impression economy and are extremely efficient from an economic point of view.
