Factors, which Determinate the Prestige of the State Civil Servant Profession

In this article the factors which determinate the prestige of profession of civil servant in Russian Federation. The research is one of the first in Russia, which is based on regrsessional analysis of reserarch of civil servants. Three models have been constructed and we have found the factors which determinate the prestige of public civil service in Russia.
