Adaptation of Young Specialists in the State Transport Organization: Problems and Solutions (on the example of Joint-Stock Company "Federal Passenger Company")

The work is devoted to the study of the theoretical aspects of the adaptation of young professionals, as well as the development of recommendations for improving the current adaptation system of young professionals in JSC «FPC». The need to revise the adaptation system in organizations is due to the arrival on the labor market of representatives of a new generation with their own characteristics. In addition, the relevance of the chosen topic is due to the need to attract a large number of new workforce and the accompanying aggravation of adaptation problems related to the increase in the volume of transport services provided after a pandemic of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19). The final qualifying paper analyzes the theoretical approaches to the problem of adaptation of workers, highlights the subjects, types, methods, indicators of success of adaptation, examines the essence and characteristics of the category «young professionals». Moreover, the work contains an analysis of the adaptation system for young specialists of JSC «FPC». As a result of the study, the directions of improving the system of adaptation of young professionals in in the state transport organization were identified. The work consists of introduction, two chapters and conclusion.
