Mathematical Modeling of Ethnic Genotypes

Ethnicity plays an important role in the propensity of a group member to develop a particular disease and response to a particular dose of medication. This paper presents an analysis of pharmacogenetic testing of ethnic groups of the Russian Federation using various machine learning methods. Also, in the course of the work, the acceptable dose of warfarin for the groups under consideration was modified and predicted, and the probability of recurrent stroke in patients taking clopidogrel was determined.. This study can help expand knowledge about representatives of ethnic groups in Russia, reduce the risk of adverse reactions to various drugs.
