Talent Retention in Financial Sector Organisations: Problems and Solutions

This paper explores talent retention issues in financial sector organisations. The purpose of the master's thesis is to identify the problems of talent retention in organisations of financial sector and to identify possible solutions. The practical significance of the thesis is that the results of the research could be implemented in the existing realities of large financial institutions, as the analysis is performed on the example of Sberbank's retention system. For the empirical study, internal documents were used to analyse the HR metrics of Sberbank. A survey of HR management and hiring managers (12 people) was conducted and one interview with an expert was conducted. For the static analysis, Kendell's concordance coefficient was used to establish the consistency of experts' opinions.
