University Website as a Tool for Attracting Teachers (on the Example of Universities in Rostov-on-Don)

The master's thesis is devoted to the study of the university website as a tool for attracting teachers. As part of the theoretical study, an analysis was made of approaches to understanding staff recruitment, existing tools (their advantages and disadvantages) and aspects that are important for universities in the framework of the teacher recruitment campaign. Applied research was carried out on the example of universities in Rostov-on-Don, methods of obtaining primary social information were used - analysis of internal documents presented on the websites of universities; analysis of the websites of universities; questionnaires. According to the results of the study, recommendations were proposed for improving the university website and using it as an effective tool for attracting highly qualified teachers.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
