The process of mass communication with customers of any business involves costs. When it also comes to the response to this communication, the question arises about the choice of customers who need communication. It is important to select such clients to maximize the response-based metric. In this research, we study the characteristics of the client to determine the segment of those that may be subject to communication. For the construction, an analysis of existing solutions on the market was carried out, as well as their applicability to this problem. As a training and test sample, data from Bank N's clients were used. In the course of the work, the Uplift machine-learning model was built on the data of the bank's customers and the results of their calls, and the models were compared by key metrics. Areas of superiority over the existing solution were identified and implementation steps were defined in the Pre-Collection process.
