A Right for Statute Interpretation as an Inequality Marker of among Conscripts in the Russian Army

The article is devoted to the study of the internal structure of the army among conscripts and their ways to improve the conditions of service. The analysis of the field diary was carried out in the tradition of autoethnographic research. The author studied the personal experiences and behavior of conscripts who, using any means, achieved an improvement in the conditions of service and those who did not use any means and served as the army demanded of them. Based on the data obtained, groups of methods and various types of official and unofficial positions were identified, with the help of which it is possible to facilitate service in the army and pass it with great comfort
