Large companies over the past few years have taken a steady trend toward the development of inclusive employment. This aspiration makes it possible to reduce the level of labor discrimination for people with disabilities. However, a lot depends on the department of companies that are directly involved in hiring and adapting people with disabilities. Therefore, it was decided to study how disability issues are addressed in HR and in the workplace in general, how inclusive practices are implemented in companies, and how people with disabilities are perceived. For this research I approached 10 women who have been working in this profession for more than half a year and have experience in hiring employees with disabilities in Moscow at large companies. Semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted to identify practices and values, and which provided an approximate understanding of the level of disability employment in the selected sector.
