Digital Ecosystem of The Multifunctional Sports Complex

ANNOTATION This study explores the problem of digital ecosystemisation of multifunctional sports centers. The paper analyses the basic concepts of ecosystemisation, proposes a definition of the terms "ecosystem" and "ecosystemisation" in a sports context. Special attention is paid to the history and prerequisites of the formation of digital ecosystems in sports. An analysis of global practices of the implementation of such models is carried out as well as an initial assessment of their effectiveness. In a practical part of master's thesis, the author proposes to implement a model of digitalization of multifunctional sports center according to the ecosystem model to increase the loyalty of existing customers, attract new ones, promote active lifestyles and to increase economic and managerial efficiency of a multifunctional sports center.
