Management of Restaurant Business Development in the Creative Spaces of St. Petersburg

The purpose of the final qualification work is to study the management of restaurant business development in the creative spaces of St. Petersburg. Work structure. The paper is made on 105 sheets of typewritten text, contains an introduction, 5 chapters, conclusion, and a list of sources used. This final qualification work includes five chapters. In turn, each chapter consists of several paragraphs. In the first chapter - "Theoretical aspects of the studied problems" - the theoretical prerequisites for the participation of the restaurant business in the formation of the brand of creative spaces and their dependence are considered: the works of domestic and foreign authors on creativity and creative spaces, restaurant business in Russia, as well as the existing brands of the destinations studied in the work are analyzed. The second chapter of this work - "Analysis of the restaurant services market in St. Petersburg" - is devoted to a detailed description of the trends in the development of restaurant services, as well as the analysis of the prospects for the development of a restaurant in the creative space. In the third chapter of the work - "Setting the key research question" - hypotheses related to the key question are formulated, the research question is posed and the research methods are explained. The fourth chapter of the study – "Methodology and stages of the study of restaurant business management in the creative space of St. Petersburg" - describes the methods used to analyze interviews and surveys, then describes the organizational and economic component of the restaurant "Kuznya", located in the creative space of New Holland. The fifth chapter presents the main results obtained in the course of the study, as well as brief conclusions based on the data obtained for each method. In conclusion, the main conclusions of the study are presented and recommendations are formulated regarding the development of the restaurant business on the territory of creative spaces in St. Petersburg.
