The identity of the school teacher in this work is considered from the position of the professional ethos as a separate phenomenon that becomes a trigger on the way to the legitimization of economic practices. One of the first to draw attention to the concept of professional ethos was M. Weber, who in his works described the relationship between career building and value-rational motivation. In other words, a person can be considered a professional in his field, only if he observes the orientation towards the observance of moral norms and the fulfillment of the supposed professional duty.
