As an urban community develops, interests of various actors confront each other, which leads to the emergence of urban conflicts. In this work we carried out a study of the conflict in the Patriarch Ponds neighborhood, which is a conflict of locals, outsiders and the local businesses. The concepts of the right to the city, images of the place and urban conflicts were investigated. Analysis of the media and data gathered in in-depth interviews of the conflict's participants demonstrated that the conflict does exist, it is relevant and all its parties are interested in resolving it. Currently the image of the neighborhood is: stylish, noisy, saturated, expensive, posh. As a result, a possible solution for resolving the conflict is given: restricting the entry of cars at certain times.
