Author: Ekaterina Karnaukhova, HSE student, Department of Information Technologies in Business. Topic: Development of intelligent building management systems based on the cyberphysical approach. Currently, the digital world of technology is beginning to gain momentum, more and more companies have begun to implement digital transformations in their products, thereby meeting the needs of the customer. Thus, we can say that the customer is ready to receive not only a good product, but also if it saves money. It is the introduction of a digital double of the building that is an excellent opportunity to save costs for electricity, water supply, etc. Thanks to it, problems in the building will be eliminated in a timely manner, which leads to little damage, with the help of control systems that can monitor the building. The work will develop a control system for an intelligent building using a cyber-physical approach. The first chapter deals with the analysis of the subject area, the actualization of the digital double( DD), the advantages, as well as the classification. The methods of creation are studied, as well as analogs of the CD are given. The second chapter presents the architecture of the building's cyber-physical system in Arche. In the third chapter, building a BIM model in FreeCAD using spreadsheets, as well as analyzing real data. The work consists of 3 chapters and contains 52 pages of the main text, 35 illustrations, 1 table. The bibliographic list consists of 39 sources.
