Software for Performing Practices on Mechanics Using Virtual Reality

This paper describes the development of a program for performing laboratory works in physics in the field of mechanics using virtual reality tools. The result of the work should be an independent ready-to-use program containing 8 levels based on school laboratory works; such software can be in demand in schools as part of the introduction of virtual reality tools in education. Structure of the work: the introduction explains why virtual reality is used for educational purposes, as well as more clearly defines the goals of this study. The literary review reviews articles related to the effectiveness of the use of virtual reality in education. The methods contain a description of the software tools used and the techniques used. The results provide a detailed description of the proposed program with a description of the key characteristics. In conclusion the review of the work performed and the further prospects for the development of the software are analyzed.
