The work is devoted to the study of the written and oral linguistic personality of Russian-speaking rap artists: Miron "Oxxxymiron" Fyodorov and Vyacheslav "Gnojnyj" Mashnov. The aim of the study was to identify rappers' motivational guides and their idiostyle features, as well as to compare them. The main method used in the work was the method of psycholinguistic analysis of the motivational guides of a linguistic personality, proposed by O. A. Nesterova, auxiliary method was a statistical analysis of lexical and morphological features. During the work, the texts of two genres generated by rappers were analyzed: interviews and rap battle; rappers' motivational guides for the oral and written linguistic personalities and the most representative language characteristics of their idiostyle were examined.
