The author is Slinko Andrey Vladimirovich, a 4th year student at the Higher School of Economics, Physics Faculty, group number BFZ171. Thesis topic: “High-resolution spectroscopy of vacancy color centers in monocrystalline silicon carbide”. The object of investigation is spectroscopy of vacancy color centers. The subject of research is the detection and study of lines in the spectrum of monocrystalline silicon carbide. The aim of this work is to search for new SiC color centers suitable for optical quantum sensing. The volume is 42 pages, on which there are 11 figures. During writing the work, 35 sources were used.
