Final qualification work " Development of a module for sending information about electricity payments using social networks and messengers for the chatbot of PJSC “Permenergosbyt "" was performed by Pavel Krasnoperov, a student of the Higher School of Economics Perm. This paper contains an analysis of the subject area of the chatbot and the distribution of electricity payment receipts to the e-mail addresses of the clients of PJSC Permenergosbyt, an overview of the existing types of interaction between companies and users, a detailed description of the design and development of this functionality, as well as its testing and debugging. The work may be of interest to various large companies or programmers of companies that are interested in simplifying customer interaction and mass distribution of information. Department of Information Technologies in Business. The work contains 44 A4 pages of the main text, including 3 chapters: Analysis of the processes of interaction of the company "Permenergosbyt" with customers, Design of the module of interaction with the customer and sending receipts, Implementation of the module of interaction of the customer with the chatbot and sending receipts to e-mail. The main part contains 33 figures and 5 tables, as well as a demonstration of the chatbot module with a description of the algorithms and parts of the program code. The work contains 3 appendices. The bibliographic list consists of 10 sources.
