Development of a Mobile for Sending Electricity Receipts to Customers Email Using Social Networks and Messengers for “Permenergosbyt” Chatbot

Final qualification work " Development of a module for sending information about electricity payments using social networks and messengers for the chatbot of PJSC “Permenergosbyt "" was performed by Pavel Krasnoperov, a student of the Higher School of Economics Perm. This paper contains an analysis of the subject area of the chatbot and the distribution of electricity payment receipts to the e-mail addresses of the clients of PJSC Permenergosbyt, an overview of the existing types of interaction between companies and users, a detailed description of the design and development of this functionality, as well as its testing and debugging. The work may be of interest to various large companies or programmers of companies that are interested in simplifying customer interaction and mass distribution of information. The main part contains 33 figures and 5 tables, as well as a demonstration of the chatbot module with a description of the algorithms and parts of the program code. The work contains 3 appendices.
