The master's thesis examines the legal regime of real estate of the Russian Orthodox Church, carries out its interdisciplinary analysis from the point of view of civil and canon law. The author offers recommendations for optimizing the legal real estate of religious associations. The results of the work can be used as a practical guide for all participants involved in the process of legal regulation of religious real estate, raising their qualifications.
