Educational Programme: Competitive Intelligence Analyst (Master)

Year of Graduation: 2021

This study focused on the study of interpersonal communication in the context of business negotiations for business intelligence. The study raises the problem of "understudy" and "social contradiction": Such an area of modern knowledge as competitive or business intelligence is of broad interest, both to the entire scientific community and to "business sharks". Western colleagues, due to a variety of historical events, as well as the ways of business development in particular, the scientific side of the development of topics devoted to business intelligence and the inherent method of interpersonal communication in this sphere, prevails over their domestic counterparts. It can be said that Russian studies do not cover the problems of business intelligence from the scientific point of view, the research base is not so diverse. There are no clearly formed guidelines, which would allow to negotiate not only on an intuitive level, but also give appropriate recommendations for a better result. Within the framework of the conducted research, with the help of several methods (method of theoretical generalizations, analysis and synthesis, method of in-depth semiformalized expert interviews), we managed not only to give a clear explanation of what is "business negotiations" in the interests of business intelligence, but also to offer instructions for negotiations, with the help of which an increase in the chances of a favorable outcome is observed.
