The Performance Audit of thе Sales Process

The presented work is devoted to the development of information and methodological support for the audit of the effectiveness of the sales business process. The current work consists of three chapters. The first chapter includes theoretical data on the audit of the effectiveness of the sales process: the concept of performance audit, its goals and objectives, a typical structure of the sales process, methods and criteria for assessing the effectiveness of the element of verification under consideration. The second chapter is devoted to a thorough study of the sales process at LLC Coca-Cola HBC Eurasia : the economic characteristics of the enterprise, its key indicators and stages of the sales process are given, the risks of the presented process are identified and the internal control system is assessed. The third chapter presents a plan and strategy for auditing the effectiveness of the sales process LLC Coca-Cola HBC Eurasia , developed a methodology for such an audit and tested some audit procedures.
