Risk-Oriented Approach as a Condition for Improving the Quality of Education in an Educational Organization

ANNOTATION Work 100 s., 3 р., 20 fig., 20 tabl., 53 sources RISK-BASED APPROACH AS A CONDITION FOR INCREASING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION IN AN EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION The work is devoted to the study of the impact of the risk-based approach (ROP) on improving the quality of education and its management in a general educational organization. The aim of the work is to analyze the risk management system in educational institutions and develop practical measures and methodological tools for the application of a risk-oriented approach in the quality management system of a modern school. The practical significance of the research is as follows: 1) a universal model of the intraschool education quality management system has been developed; 2) a standard register of risks of a general education organization has been drawn up; 3) developed and tested a methodology for identifying and assessing risks in the activities of a general educational organization. Empirical research was carried out on three comprehensive schools-complexes, selected on the basis of a regional assessment of the quality of school education for the 2018-2019 academic year, an established risk group and a position in the regional ranking. A comparative analysis of selected schools with different levels of educational risk for the quality of education and the effectiveness of its management is carried out. The use of the developed methodology for identifying and assessing risks made it possible to identify risks with a high probability of occurrence and a high degree of significance, draw up a register of risks, and thereby concretize risk management actions in order to improve the quality of education at school.
