The study focuses on the organization of the working life of young digital specialists from Russia. The study was carried out within the framework of qualitative methodology. The main method of data collection was the semi-structured interview method. Based on the results of the analysis, the working conditions in digital sphere, the processes of professional development and self-commodification of young digital specialists were described. An additional focus of the study was to check the presence of territorial differences in the organization of these processes among young digital specialists living in central, large and small cities.
